Greg Jones is a 2002 graduate of the Florida Institute of Traditional Chinese Medicine, where he studied primarily under the late Dr. Su Liang Ku and Dr. Haihe Tian. Greg's practice is rooted in Classical Chinese Medicine with a focus in Liberation Acupuncture, a conceptual framework that affirms that individual health and disease do not exist, and cannot be understood or addressed, apart from social conditions - particularly injustice, inequality, and the pervasive influence of traumatic stress. He holds a BS (magna cum laude) in Environmental and Forest Biology and Pre-Med from SUNY ESF. He is a veteran of the US Army where he served as a cavalry scout in Somalia. Originally from Harrisburg, PA, Greg along with his wife and two daughters, now calls Saint Petersburg home. When he doesn't have his nose in the Yi Jing and other books, he enjoys supporting local bands, skateboarding, and rooting for the Pittsburgh Steelers.
